1. Lip Sync Battle

For this task you may need help from someone who is good at editing music using software such as garage band, imovie or audacity. There are many other programs that will also work for this task. You will also need a video camera or phone to film your work.

TASK :

Create a musical conversation using the lyrics from a range of songs. This can be a solo (1 person) story or you can have many people involved in your conversation.

HAVE FUN! Use known songs. Select sentences from a range of songs that you can piece together that will make a short musical conversation.

Step 2

Use music editing software to piece your sentences together to make it into one conversation.

Step 3

Rehearse Lip Syncing to your new (pieced together) conversation track.

Step 4

Film your lip sync conversation and copy it onto a USB for others to enjoy!

Acapella is an app that will help you to create amazing acapella videos. You will be able to create multi-part harmonies or jam with different instruments to accompany yourself and the acapella app puts it all together for you!

TASK :

Use the Acapella app to create a short musical video performance of you either singing with yourself in harmony or with beat boxing or playing a range of instruments or household items to accompany your performance.
